Borka® Tool Kit (BTK)

The Borka® Tool Kit (BTK) features the fully adjustable American-made Borka® Torque Driver (BTD1070-IP), offering a precise torque range from 10 to 70 inch-lbs., adjustable in 1 inch-lb. increments. Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, the BTK is compact, lightweight, and built for portability without sacrificing performance. The complete kit is housed in a durable Borka Cordura® nylon pouch with additional space for optional expansion tools and accessories.

Each BTK includes:

S2 heat-treated, chrome-plated 1" driver bits
1/2" hex socket
2" extension

Borka® Combo Kit (BCK)

The Borka® Combo Kit (BCK) combines the versatility of the BTK with the added convenience of Precision Torque Limiters (PTLs).

Unlike the fully adjustable Borka® Torque Driver, PTLs are factory preset to specific torque values and are not user adjustable. These preset values are designed for applications requiring lower torque settings outside the BTD’s 10–70 inch-lbs. adjustable range.

Current BCK configurations include PTLs preset to:

4 inch-lbs.
8 inch-lbs.

The BCK delivers both adjustable precision and quick-access preset torque solutions in one compact system.

More Info About the Borka® Torque Driver (BTD)

Our most innovative and advanced model of the Borka® Torque Driver (BTD), is Made in America by Pro-Shot, and provides a range of torque adjustment from 10 inch-lbs. to 70 inch-lbs., in 1 inch-lb. increments. This adjustment range is supported by two adjustment scales, one from 10 to 27 inch-lbs. and the other from 28 to 70 inch-lbs. Having two separate scales greatly improves resolution of the BTD adjustment, and makes it easy to set up torque driver with high level of accuracy and consistency. BTD is likely the smallest size torque driver with the largest size adjustment scale. It is designed to be operated with the right hand.

Compact and light weight (under 6 ounces), rugged, highly consistent and accurate torque driver has all metal construction. Torque driver components are made from stainless steel, hard anodized aluminum, and chrome or zinc plated alloy steel. This choice of BTD materials provides sufficient corrosion protection for use in the field. FYI, 1" long screwdriver bits, included into BTD kits, are made from S2 tool steel and hardened to HRc 58-60. Bits are chrome plated for a long term corrosion resistance.

BTD accuracy variation is less than +/- 4%, which is considerably better than usually accepted +/- 6% for the hand operated torque tools. In order to achieve this level of accuracy, BTD user is expected to follow instructions from video (see User Guides).
