Firearms Applications for T6 Torx® Bits
Optics and Micro Red Dot Sights (MRDS)
Used in the mounting screws of compact or micro red dot sights (e.g., Trijicon RMR, Holosun 507K).
Also common in battery compartments or windage/elevation turret caps.
T6 screws are typically found in:

2. Laser/Light Modules and Accessories
Some weapon lights (e.g., SureFire, Streamlight) and laser aiming devices use T6 Torx® screws for battery caps, housings, or mounts.
Useful for securing electronics where vibration resistance is essential.
3. Pistol and Rifle Sights
Small fiber-optic or tritium sight inserts on pistols (like Hi-Viz or Truglo) may use T6 screws for clamping or adjustment.
